although I managed to say ‘Hello’ to you shortly before I left the ‘Ring track day last Thursday, I did also want to write.
My son, Steven, and I have been visiting the ‘Ring twice a year for the last 15 years. But the ‘Tourist’ days have just become too dangerous.
So we decided to try a track day this year. The one we attended in April was cancelled because of fog, so your track day was the first such event we have tried at the ‘Ring.
It was absolutely terrific! All the cars on the track were courteous and sensible. I don’t know how many cars were there, but you obviously keep the numbers down. Both Steven and I each had a lap when we were not overtaken and didn’t have to ‘back off’…….that is a ‘first’!
You and your team had everything working so smoothly, and all in an easy, friendly manner. You even laid on a barbecue for your participants.
Simply, we had the most enjoyable day ever. Many, many thanks to you and your team. You will see us again next year!!!
